Adding another customer service number for people to try: 800-877-1760 I’ve had luck using this number to get a live person. As far as helpfulness goes, still zero. I’ve been pestering UPS for over a month now trying to get info on my lost package - a family heirloom antique mirror.

Calling UPS customer service is a nightmare. They give you the run around and go out of their way to keep you from being able to speak with an actual person. Call 1-800-PICK-UPS and say "Tracking". The robot will then prompt you to put in a tracking number..... do so and you will then receive your tracking status. After that say "CUSTOMER ...
