I made my own calling cards (that's what they were called in the stone age, when dinosaurs roamed the earth and men lived in caves). You can buy Avery business cards in packages of easy-tear sheets, already fine perforated.

HOWEVER, the business only paid for the license or filed the insurance policy for ONE year, never renewed, yet KEPT the state license number on their vehicles and cards. Seems the state has no procedure for shutting such people down ! ? They DO send out a letter, but then it's up to the business or trades person to renew license and insurance !
That is technically accurate. But, if merchants stopped accepting credit cards, they would lose a lot of business. When McDonald's started accepting credit cards, they noticed a 50 percent increase in their average transaction amount. It is human nature for people to spend more money when they use a credit card than when they pay cash.
We twice rented carts short term from The Villages Golf Cart Store at Colony, and they went 16-18 mph tops. The home we rented was initially going to let us use his cart, but learned his insurance wouldn’t cover us, so he lowered the rent $400 per month to allow for the added cost of a rental cart. __________________.

It's huge, about the size a Home Depot. All the dealers are independent and many if not most are unattended. You'll need to go there and maybe get business cards from the shops that have similar merchandise and then discuss a consignment plan. You might talk to the operators at the front desk, they might know which dealers are looking for ...
Rousoe's Dirt Cheap located 1 mile before the Marion Market (opposite side of the road) on Hwy 441/27. They have dozens of choices for rock, bark, etc. They also sell large rocks, pavers, and flagstone. They have a rack that holds at least 50 business cards sitting on the counter. Based on the cards I saw, apparently most of the landscapers ...
Thanked 3,757 Times in 1,551 Posts. I talked to a lady at the Villages Business office this week and she told me that after the new year, my cloned card would not work. The new, replacement cards will not be able to be cloned. Not sure if she was blowing smoke, but I wonder how they will replace EVERYONE's gate cards, if the old ones won't work ...
