The Suicide Squad is a 2021 American superhero film based on the DC Comics team Suicide Squad.Produced by DC Films, Atlas Entertainment, and the Safran Company, and distributed by Warner Bros. Pictures, it is a standalone sequel to Suicide Squad (2016) and the 10th film in the DC Extended Universe (DCEU).
An animated spin-off/prequel, Transformers One, directed by Josh Cooley, was released in 2024. The series has been distributed by Paramount Pictures, and DreamWorks Pictures worked on the first two films. While the Transformers film series has received negative to mixed reception, Bumblebee and Transformers One both received positive reviews.
