Planes come over the park regularly which is c. 6NM from the runway and are therefore at about 1500ft still so even at extreme of the 400ft there would be c. 1000ft of separation. The Sutton Park Model Flying Club field located in the park is entirely in Class D space too!

What's the fix to prevent situations where SD card is not recognized by the Mavic 3? (Hi-end SanDisk SD cards that have been used many times before in the same drone. Sometimes they are not recognized after I download the images.)
A moment ago. #1. New Air 3s. Both the drone and the controller have SD card slots. I realize the value for storage but I would like to know the value of putting an SD card in both the drone and controller. I have several new in the package 512 micro sd cards so acquisition cost is not an issue. Ordered list.
I use either SanDisk or Samsung v30 cards, which are on sale pretty often on Amazon. A 1tb card is a bit spendy (relatively), but 256gb cards are so cheap there's no reason not to just order a handful to keep in your camera bag. I don't understand the people who will spend $2k+ on a top-of-the-line drone and then penny pinch on $25 memory cards.

The Mavic 2 is able to write data at a maximum of 100 Mbps (or 12.5 MB/s). That megabits per second not megabytes per second.

One of the most frustrating parts of using the Drone is having to take the SD card out and in. Its never been easy and sometimes has been frustrating . With gloves near impossible or low light. Im going to handle the Mavic 3 by leaving the SD card in and using the Cable only , that way it will seem more like the Personality of the 5K cine Drone.
