Gotta love the Army. They took that ability away and you have to now be on the .mil network. As a Guardsman, this utterly upsets me because I now have to wait until Drill to do anything. I can go to the armory but it's 50 miles from my house. The Army didn't think this one through very well.
I was reviewing the previous posts about ATRRS access on here. I trying to access ATRRS from a VA computer as I know I cannot access it from my home computer. Can you only access ATRRS from a .mil network computer now? I need to complete some training and must self-register for the courses in ALMS through ATRRS. Can my unit training NCO assign the courses to me since they have access to ATRRS ...
Is ALMS/ATRRS still no longer accessible on home computers? I saw a similar article on here from roughly a year ago saying it is not, or it is only accessible through VPN. I am having trouble accessing either website to do correspondence courses or register for them.
Personal feeling, the Army does not want people trained, regardless of what they say. Mandatories, by law, have to be met, and that is a thorn in the Army's side which they can not get rid of. Everything else, make it as difficult as possible, or else the Army has not done it's job properly.
Anyone else have issues with ATRRS correspondence course?: Is anyone else having issues with ATRRS? All of their courses are noncundocted, canceled or rescheduled.

ATRRS has reversed its policy on .mil only access and is now accessible everywhere again.
