WMC Scholarship Winners Recital

The five winners of the 2009 scholarship auditions, which were held May 30/09, will perform and receive their scholarships. Chosen from among 27 outstanding young performers, the winners are:
$2500. WMC Scholarship: Daniel Tselyakov, piano
$2000. WMC Scholarship: Ariel Carrabre, cello
$1500. WMC Scholarship: Joshua Peters, violin
$1000. Holtby Scholarship: Dawn Bruch, voice
$1000. Berythe Birse Scholarship: Charmaine Bacon, flute
Dawn Bruch is a UM Grad (M.Mus., 2008) and Charmaine holds a B.Mus. (UM, 2007) and is a current Masters student at the Marcel A. Desautels Faculty of Music. Congratulations to all the winners.
