Not according to Executive Chef Renny Parziale, who will lead an introduction to cooking your own soups in the Schell Room of the Williamsburg Library, 515 Scotland Street, on Thursday, November 12 at 7 p.m. Renny will demonstrate techniques, and share recipes and samples from his own soup making.
