Family-to Family Class

Free 12-week class on mental illness for family members and friends of people living with mental illness. Includes diagnosis and treatment options for schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, major depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, co-occuring brain disorders and substance abuse. also includes segments on empathy, communication, advocacy and coping skills and recovery.
