Greater New York Metro Integroup presents: Awareness, Acceptance and Action General Information Living in Awareness, Acceptance and Action is a formula for learning to "live life on life's terms." Oa is an action program but what actions shall we take? During this retreat, you will hear speakers share their own "formulas" for arriving at an Awareness of what their challenges were; Acceptance of the Oa spiritual program of recovery via the 12 Steps and Oa approved literature as their solution; and ultimately, how each of them went into Action by carrying the message of recovery. As we listen to how others are making dynamic changes in their lives, reaping the physical, spiritual and emotional benefits of the Oa program, all participants will have the opportunity to share and learn how each of us, in time, can heal. 1.
