The Island Princess

Private Chartered a boat for the last 10 years. Always great experience. This year was the first and last with this company, it was by far the worst annual cruise we have had. Said that we didn't order food and had no food available, had to order Swiss Chalet and then wanted us to pay for it. Would not let us pay by credit card. Did not want to give us contract. Boat was in horrible condition and the facilities (washrooms) were scary. Go with a more reputable company. Also people had to buy tickets from the captain for the bar in between he was driving the boat. Poor bar selection and short changed us 30 minutes of on the water time.
Go with a reputable company like Great Lakes Schooner, Canamac, Klancy, or Sea Voyager.
