A Night to Honor our Champions set for November 14th
Congratulations to the 2009 Heartland Park Drag Racing Series Champions! Joe Smith of Emporia captured the Super Pro crown with his win in the season finale. Troy Ross of Emporia claimed the Pro Championship while Topeka's Warren Cox and Jeff Faulkner won the Sportsman and Street classes. Overland Park's Brian Pearson claimed the Pro Bike championship by a mere three points over Jimmy Hubbard.
In the Junior Drag Racing Series, Randa Moody of Lincoln Nebraska won the 13-18 year old class. The 10-12 year old class was claimed by Topeka native Madelyn Stallbaumer and Eudora's Ashley Miller won the 8-9 year old category.
Once again, congratulations to all the champions from 2009 and we would love for all the registered drivers and their families to join us at the 2009 Annual Awards Banquet. The 2009 Banquet will be held November 13th, at the Ramada Inn in Topeka, all registered drivers should receive their invitation via mail in the coming days. See you there!
