Truly on of the greats in today's world of jazz awesome trumpet artist…equally as terrific trombonist…highly successful composer and arranger….well respected music educator. Michael Mossman has played and recorded with Dizzy Gillespie, Art Blakey, Joe Henderson, Slide Hampton, Steve Turre, Tito Puente, and the Count Basie Orchestra, just to name a few. He is involvement with Latin jazz began during his time as lead trumpet with Machito Orchestra. He has written and arranged scores for films and has developed a lengthy recording history.
