Kiku Matsuri - Chrysanthemum Festival

Help us celebrate Mums with an Asian Flair! Kiku Matsuri is the fifth of the five annual festivals in the traditional Japanese calendar. Bellingrath will welcome the Bonsai Society and their living sculptures which will be on display in the Magnolia Café along with the Ikebana arrangements. You can learn about bamboo fences & how to tie decorative knots. The Sumi-e Society demonstrate how to draw chrysanthemums. Help us make an origami crane chain and an authentic Japanese Tea Ceremony!
