Talented chefs will be preparing their finest edible creations for public sampling. As the gates open the audience will be treated by watching the BBQ cooks as they rush their entries to the judges’ tables. Judging of the BBQ entries will also be viewable to the public. Tasting continues all day with a wide variety of food samples and sweet treats There is live music to enjoy all day, wine tasting, a beer garden, children’s activities and of course the best BBQ creations ever tasted.
