High Desert Gallery & Custom Framing of Central Oregon in cooperation with The Heritage Building in Sisters is pleased to announce a special exhibition of the very collectible “Miss Dotty & Yello” collaboration from regionally acclaimed Oregon Artists, Kathy Deggendorfer and Tonye Belinda Phillips. The “Miss Dotty” series will be exhibited in the Heritage House through July 30, 2009.
