Sassi Celebrates Festa di Maiale -- Pigfest

Sassi's three-day celebration of the fall harvest and noble pig will feature an elaborate five-course dinner menu offered nightly on Friday, Nov. 13, Saturday, Nov. 14 and Sunday, Nov. 15.

Featuring an array of pork specialties from Italy, the sumptuous culinary offerings will include Sicily style rice balls filled with pork ragu and mozzarella; parmigiano reggiano with warm olives and pork cracklings; and salumi artisan cured meats for a choice of spuntini courses.
