In this modern world, we will take you one thousand years back in time, to the days of the valiant knights, horsemanship, sword fights, and jousting matches. The past will come back to life, as brave Knights battle to win their kingdom's honor in our Medieval Times of Chicago Dinner and Show. Imagine yourself stepping back to the 11th century, greeted by King Alfonso and his daughter, Esperanza. You will marvel the spectacular pageantry and the drills performed by the Andalusian Stallions. After you are provided with a colored crown and a corresponding seating area, you can cheer for the Knight, while he competes in the tournament games of skills like flag toss, ring pierce, and javelin throw. You will have a wonderful time with your family, while savoring the four-course banquet served in true medieval fashion. One of the major attractions of the evening is the feast served by wenches and serfs; it is eaten by hand, without the use of silverware. Garlic bread and hot vegetable soup are served in bowls; roasted chicken, spare rib, a seasoned potato and a pastry follow it. Experience and enjoy the magic of the Knights jousting on horseback in the Grand Ceremonial Arena. You will watch Knights displaying authentic weaponry of the medieval era brandishing their swords, axes, maces and bolas in their quest for victory. There will be a final rousing salute to the crowd by all the Knights. The original music score by the renowned Prague Symphony Orchestra and the spectacular costumes makes the show more authentic and lively. After the final performance, you will be taken to The Knights Club, where you will get an opportunity to meet the show cast, take pictures, get autographs, and dance to the lively music while enjoying the bar service.
