“Sidewalk Chalk Arts Festival”

The Armstrong Atlantic State University Biology Club is teaming up with the Goodness of Mercy Foundation to host a fundraiser event.
Participants will purchase a bucket of chalk and they will be assigned an area on the quad to unleash their artistic expression.
AASU art faculty will serve as judges. Prizes will be awarded for best student art and best adult art.
Hamburgers, hot dogs and baked goods will be available for purchase.
All proceeds from the event will benefit the Biology Club and the Goodness of Mercy Foundation.
Representatives from non-profit organizations, including Amnesty International, the Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired and the Boys and Girls Club, will be on hand to provide information about volunteer opportunities.
