The Santa Clara Coin, Stamp & Collectibles Expo features an exhibit of the finest known 1907 Ultra High Relief Double Eagle U.S. gold coin, insured for $5 million. It's one of less than 20 surviving examples designed by renowned sculptor, Augustus Saint-Gaudens, at the personal request of President Theodore Roosevelt. It will be displayed during the first three days of the show being held November 19 - 22, 2009.
Open to the public, more than 500 dealers will be buying and selling rare coins, paper money, stamps and postcards, historical documents and other collectibles. Many dealers will provide free, informal appraisals for the public's collectibles. Public auction by Teletrade.
