Candlestick Park

Candlestick Park is an outdoor sports and entertainment stadium located at Candlestick Point in San Francisco, California. Since 1971, Candlestick Park has been the home of the San Francisco 49ers of the National Football League (NFL).

Candlestick (also affectionately known as 'The Stick') was originally opened in 1960 as the home of the San Francisco Giants of Major League Baseball. The Giants spent 40 years there until moving to Pac Bell Park (now AT&T Park) in 2000.

Candlestick also hosts occasional entertainment events like concerts and other sporting events.
