The Golden Gate Park Band, under the direction of Michael L. Wirgler will present a special 4th of July concert on Saturday July,4, at 1:00 PM. It will take place at the Bandstand in the Music Concourse of Golden Gate Park, located at Ninth Ave. and Lincoln Way .
The concert will feature American and patriotic music with a tribute to Abe Lincoln's 200th birthday.
The program is FREE and open to the public.

Performing free concerts in San Francisco's Golden Gate Park since September of 1882, The Golden Gate Park Band continues the tradition in 2009, their 127th year. Performances begin at 1:00pm every Sunday afternoon through October 4th under the baton of music director Michael L.
