On Christmas Rachel’s husband confesses to her that he has taken out a contract on her life and she goes on the run. This quirky, contemporary comedy takes Rachel—and us with her--on a journey of many years and a series of unfortunate events: She will make new friends, appear on a game show, see numerous psychiatrists, and eventually reunite, however briefly, with her husband. In the end of this bittersweet Christmas fable, Rachel must come to terms with what her life—and Christmas—really mean.
