Kids Winter Break Yoga

Winter Break on December 28 through the 31st between 2 and 3:15 – a fun filled week of age appropriate yoga, arts, crafts, and gamed designed to allow your child to explore the fun of Yoga! Through our daily yoga adventures, we will explore: our favorite poses, yogic values like telling the truth (satya), and fun holiday crafts to take home! This week is limited to only 8 kids, so be sure to sign up early!
