Our vision in Pueblo is to present something different and unique that is not currently being offered elsewhere in town. The style is a collection of Chef Duy Pham's past and new creations, using only fresh ingredient to create a perfect balance between classic and comtemporary. With a cozy elegant dining environment and an innovative menu that is mainly French/European & New American. We utilize as many local products possible to support local businesses and farmers. This also ensures the best quality products at their peak season.
The name Restaurant Fifteen Twentyone comes from an address in Paris where the owners fell in love. Food was the foundation that brought the two together from the beginning. Fifteen Twentyone symbolizes the passion for love and most important fine cuisine.
