2009 Empty Bowls Supper

The El Dorado Peace Community will host its 8th annual Empty Bowls Benefit on Nov. 14th, 2009, 4:30-8:00 P.M., at St. Patrick’s Church hall in Placerville.

All the proceeds benefited food charities. This year’s proceeds will benefit equally, The Upper Room Dining Room and Miracles in Action. The Upper Room, here in Placerville, serves about 130 meals each day to the needy. Miracles in Action is a non-profit organization that works to end global poverty.
