HorrorPops

HorrorPops are a Danish psychobilly band that formed in 1996. The band's sound is rooted in psychobilly, punk rock, rockabilly, and new wave.

Vocalist as well as bassist Patricia Day and lead guitarist Kim Nekroman, founded HorrorPops. They met when Day's former band, Peanut Pump Gun, and Nekroman's aptly named group, Nekromantix, performed at a German music festival. They began fast friends and soon married. They taught each other how to play each other's instruments (so they could do a swithc) and enlisted Henrik Niedermeier as their drummer.
