Paris Carney: Born in NYC, but raised on both the East and Left Coasts, Paris comes from a family of musicians and took a leave of absence from The New School in NYC to tour with her big brothers' band, formerly Reeve Carney and The Revolving Band, now CARNEY, whose just released single "Love Me Chase Me" is in "New and Noteworthy" on iTunes.)and record an album under the Interscope label with her big brothers' band, formerly Reeve Carney and The Revolving Band, now CARNEY, whose just released single "Love Me Chase Me" is in "New and Noteworthy" on iTunes.) Her own songwriting skills eventually caused Paris to let the air out of the "oohs and ahhs" and front her own band. Now, with a guitar endorsement from Daisy Rock. (whom she met at the last NAMM show), Paris can be heard all over Los Angeles either with her own band--singing jazz standards at Teddy's on a Thursday night, or singing and recording backup for various artists.
