The Snite Museum of Art and the Institute for Latino Studies announce the exhibition Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) Ofrenda Installation by artist Maria Elena Castro on view from October 29 through November 29, 2009.

Maria Elena Castro will speak on October 29 at 6:30 p.m. in the Annenberg Auditorium of the Museum. The Ballet Folklorico will perform also.

From 7:30-9:00 p.m. at Legends there will be refreshments, free t-shirts, and DJ Latin music with DJ Jaime Del Rio.
