Pilates Studio City Mat Class

Fundamental mat class reinforces the principles and core concepts of the Pilates Method.  For those who are new to Pilates, it is an excellent place to start your journey. 
Prerequisite for Open Level Mat: Fundamental Pilates Mat or previous Pilates Mat experience.
Pilates Studio City is a warm, comforting and inviting studio that
provides Private, Semi-Private, Group Reformer and Private GYROTONIC®
sessions. We offer private rooms that enhance the environment for
focused learning, attention, and flow. In our beautiful "Open Studio"
we present innovative and exciting specialty group classes" Pilates
Mat, Fundamental Pilates Mat and Nia dance technique. All the classes
offered are complementary modalities to enhance the lifestyle of whole
body health.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in with the Front Desk and to fill out the Client Information Form.
There are 4 parking spots available in the lot between 8am-5pm.  After
5pm, the parking lot is open for all.  There is plenty of parking on
the street.
*Please call the studio to confirm class. If for any reason the class
is re-scheduled you may attend the next available class or request a
full refund.
