'Not So' Beauty Review

Talk about some Beauties! Thirty contestants will be out in all their glory in the 'Not So' Beauty Review on Saturday, Nov. 7 at 7 p.m., at the Northview Middle School gymnasium. This event is sponsored by Sara Lee and will benefit Dyer County High School's Project Graduation.
Imagine long legs, glamorous makeup and sparkling gowns ... sounds like a scene right out of one of the many local beauty pageants, but beware, things will not be what it appears! Local Dyer County 'beauties' will be entertaining the audience with their looks, talent, and personalities. Local residents such as Dyer County baseball coach Preston Ozment, Mark Porter of Sara Lee and members of the Dyer County Class of 2010 will compete for Miss Dyer County Project Graduation. Master of Ceremonies for the night's festivities will be local personality Jeff Jones, Dyer County road commissioner. Tickets are $5 in advance or $7 at the door.
