JAMMA fundraiser for Lions Club

The Trimble Lions Club is having a fundraiser on Saturday, Nov. 14, at 7 p.m. The JAMMA (Jackson Area Mixed Martial Arts) will be holding MMA matches at Northview Middle School in Newbern.
The state of Tennessee has sanctioned the ISCF, ISKA, and WKA to regulate amateur MMA in the state of Tennessee. The IKF, ISKA and WKA have been chosen to regulate amateur kickboxing. The amateur committee of the Tennessee Athletic Commission has issued a very specific set of guidelines that the Tennessee Athletic Commission requires sanctioning bodies to follow in order to maintain their status in Tennessee.
Tickets are on sale at all Security Bank locations in Dyersburg, Trimble, Newbern, Trenton and also online at www.jammatn.com.
The doors will open at 6 p.m. and bell time is at 7 p.m.
All proceeds go to Trimble Lions Club to help with more vision and community service projects.
