Universal Carnival

Mid-Atlantic Digital will make your imagination soar to an island far away; the beautiful Balearic island of Ibiza. They can take you there without the need for a passport or an expensive plane ticket. Instead they are bringing the vibes of Carnival right to you in New York at the award-winning club Cielo on Little West 12th St in the meatpacking district of the city. This is the first Carnival style even to ever be hosted at Club Cielo, and the first of it's kind in relation to the electronic music scene in New York. This is the premier of an event that will only get bigger and bigger each year. The event will feature a European festival feel that those who have never traveled abroad will now get to experience right in their home town. The festivities include live performers, professional dancers, contortionists, with top-notch lighting and ambiance. House DJ/Producer Maurizio Colella of Switzerland, otherwise known as EDX, will mix the music for the evening. The atmosphere will be further enhanced by favors which will be passed out to the crowd that include items like whistles, glow sticks, and of course beads. The dress code has been suspended for the evening. You are free to attend the event in whatever you like whether it be in pajamas, leather, costumes, as long as it is in accordance with law. There will be limited $10 advance tickets at Wantickets.com, and the price at the door is estimated to be $20.
