Home to the Minor League baseball team, the Nashville Sounds.
This venue was built in 1978 on land leased from the city in exchange for the Nashville Sounds baseball team bankrolling the original 6,500-seat facility. The stadium has since been expanded and seats 10,700 fans, which comes in handy on promotional nights throughout the long, hot summers. Greer is one of only a few U.S. stadiums that is privately owned and absolutely the only stadium in the country with a guitar-shaped scoreboard.
