A resident of Asheville, North Carolina, Laval began his music career studying classical music at the Victoria Conservatory of Music. In 2002 Laval won the U.S. National Scottish Fiddle Championship and subsequently embarked on a full time touring career which today includes over 120 engagements per year throughout the U.S. and Scotland. Guitarist Zac Leger presently resides in Los Angeles. He tours with the Eileen Ivers Band and Celtic Crossroads and is equally respected for his stunning playing of Uillean pipes, whistle, and the Irish Bouzouki. Last year Zac won the All-Ireland Championship for piping. www.ZacLeger.com
