A lot of us are familiar with Sasha Baron Cohen's film, Borat, or Ali G which push the envelope but for the shock value but for many a little degrading, boring, funny even helarious at times but basically harmless. He is the king of chamelion as he transforms himself into Bruno. However, an NC17 or X rating should have be given to this film. It would not be allowed in a lot of theaters then, So this R rating seems like it could be more widely distributed for revenue. Many young people walked out and those who stuck it out were visibly upset and shocked and made comments about how shocked they were. When did full frontal zoomed in close up male and female frontal nudity combined with sexually explicit lewdness become R and not X? We are becoming a nation of "anything goes" for greedy revenues and the result being the moral decay of our society and culteure as a whole. The rating should be changed. See Washington Times review, which said it was the "filthiest film" in history with this R rating.
