Happenstance: Women At Work

The University will host an exhibit by Rhode Island photographer Madeleine O. Robinson, Happenstance: Women at Work . The exhibit features a series of candid photographs to celebrate local women at work. In the exhibit she hoped to capture, "... a sort of life rather than a Monday through Friday sort of dying," as referenced by oral historian Studs Terkel's book "Working: People Talk About What They do All Day and How They Feel About What They do."
