The Jackson Elks Lodge 2652 is sponsoring its annual Hoop Shoot contest for boys and girls age 8 to 13. Sign ups begin at 8:30 a.m. Hoop Shoot is a best of 25 free throw contest. Winners will be qualified to move on to district competition in January in St. Louis. There is no entry fee. This is a nationally sponsored event by Elks Lodges.
