Death Panels in Hawaii Who decides who lives and who dies?
University of Hawaii Elder Law Program (UHELP) is sponsoring a panel discussion on the legal, ethical, moral, religious, philosophical and health care issues patients and their families and health care providers face when discussing and making end of life decisions.
A panel consisting of a doctor, a member of the clergy, a lawyer, and an advocate to help improve care at the end of life. All panelists have served on hospital ethics committees.
Topics will include:
