Since coming together in 2007 in Minneapolis, Pictures of Then has gained critical and audience acclaim nationwide the hard way...constant touring with stops at music festivals, college campuses, clubs and concert venues all over the country. And it's paying off...Summerfest 2009 included them in its list of the Top 11 Emerging Artists nationwide, and the USA Today podcast recently featured "When it Stings," the lead single from the band's 2009 sophomore album And the Wicked Sea. Pictures of Then has also been spotlighted as an emerging band to watch by Paste Magazine, who placed them on over 10,000 ecast Jukeboxes all over the United States, and MTV's Real World XX Hollywood featured the song "Current" from the band's 2007 debut Crushed By Lights.
