Painting Exhibition: The Lure of Trees

During her 2009 Artist-in-Residence at Fruitlands Zsuzsanna Szegedi has been creating new works and engaging visitors to observe her process as she reveals unexpected characteristics of the Fruitlands trees. The Lure of Trees will feature a collection of recently completed paintings and selected works.

“I choose to depict trees because they are universal, and also personal,” says Zsuzsi. "I also have great freedom with colors and with the canvas. With trees, I find my voice.”
