Sharing plates of lobster mac and cheese, beef short rib quesadillas, prime angus wrapped sea scallops with wasabi or full entrée to include Harris Ranch prime New York strips, veal medallions deglazed with tequila, finished with a peach-tomatilla sauce, ever-changing fresh fish all accompanied by local produce.
