Cabin Featured Artist: Chris Koza

A Minneapolis-based singer-songwriter who
mixes witty banter with catchy lyrics and
scintillating guitar riffs, Chris Koza has
a voice reminiscent of a young Paul Simon
and lyrics comparable to those of Bob Dylan.
Koza and his band have released three albums
since arriving on the Twin Cities music scene
with the release of their first album, 2004's
debut, Exit Pesce. Music critics have compared
Chris' sound to Wilco, Paul Simon, Nick Drake,
Beck, and Ryan Adams, among others. Currently,
the band is touring the country behind their latest
album, The Dark, Delirious Morning, which
continues to receive strong reviews and airplay
on MPR's influential 89.3 The Current.
