The Wilds

North America's largest conservation facility spans nearly 10,000 acres of reclaimed, surface-mined land--a gift from American Electric Power. Thousands of acres have been developed and divided into large sections where 25 species of African, Asian, and North American animals are managed. Visitors ride through the animal area on guided tours often viewing animals from just a few feet away.
