The theoretical basis of our practice is Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). We offer free weekly mindfulness practice and discussion to assist people in becoming acquainted with and deepening their own practice of mindfulness. We begin with 10 minutes of meditation, have a 40 minutes discussion period and then end with 10 more minutes of meditation. Recommended Reading and Audio lists are provided as well as periodic handouts and a free weekly newsletter.
