After years of experimenting with cookie recipes and sharing thousands of her confectionery creations with friends, family, and co-workers, Zita DeGraffenreid developed a loyal following of cookie lovers. Her devoted cookie admirers began to simply refer to her incredible cookie creations as "ZitaCookies."
