- 11 a.m - 2 p.m Free Horse-Drawn Trolley Rides between Historic Downtown & the Franklin Arts Center thanks to Brainerd Dispatch & Mid-Minnesota Federal Credit Union
- 4:30 p.m. Fireworks - thank you Community Action
- Sales & specials at participating businesses with blinkie button ($2 each)
- Santa's Workshop & Treats at the Franklin Arts Center
