The Hispanic Interest Coalition of Alabama, HICA, will hold its 7th Annual Christmas Tamale Sale beginning November 28th. Proceeds from this annual fundraiser benefit the programs of HICA. Orders can be placed online beginning November 29th through December 14th at www.hispanicinterest.org. Choices include chicken, pork, or poblano pepper with cheese. A portion of your purchase is tax deductible. Tamale pick up is on Friday, December 18th from 8 am to 6 pm at the HICA Main Office.
