Bridging Boundaries at The Arts Building Gallery

This exhibit showcases the work of Shirley Hazlett of Sacramento and Helen DiCarlo of Davis. Shirley Hazlett, currently pursuing a Master of Fine Arts degree from the San Francisco Art Institute, stretches the boundaries of perception with her large-scale paintings. Helen DiCarlo’s cast concrete sculptures echo statuary and architecture from a variety of times and cultures. These two artists will challenge your interpretation of the boundaries of art.
