R Cuisine (f.k.a. Range)

Range is now R Cuisine! Owner Rob Ittner and Chef C. Barclay Dodge join forces in what is truly going to become one of Aspen's new culinary spots. The Dining room has been remodeled to include a more comfortable casual décor which includes a large open window viewing into the kitchen. The window allows diners to peer into the kitchen and view the creation of "R Cuisine". R Cuisine serves "chef inspired" American Food; by that we mean healthy, hardy,

comfortable and well composed dishes that we as foodies love to eat ourselves. Made with seasonal local ingredients specialties include a Whole Artichoke Braised in Virgin Olive Oil, Perfect Corn Soup with Roasted Red Pepper and Green Onion Croutons, Seared Diver Scallops with Asparagus, Ham + Eggs and a Colorado Sliced Leg of Lamb with Pickled Carrots and Catalan Style Spinach. The Wine List includes eclectic new and old world wines. The R Bar Menu upstairs offers

light fare options. In additon the R Cuisine menu is also available.
